A leading telecommunications/data company is expanding due to phenomenal growth and is looking to expand its already successful desk team. Part of a large international organisation but working on a ?local level?. Highly respected in the industry. You will be tasked with selling leading edge telecoms and data solutions into existing accounts and managing, growing and retaining them. Ideally, you will have good telesales/desk based/internal sales experience in telecoms, IT or technology products and solutions. However, applications are encouraged from good, proven salespeople who feel they can succeed in this role
* To maximise revenue for the Business and yourself by achieving Monthly Sales Targets * To ensure highest Payplan reward and success for the Business by achieving Product Targets
Achieve Monthly Sales Targets by: * Proactively contacting the customer base and selling the entire range of voice, mobile and data solutions * Developing customer contact strategies and building strong customer relationships * Keeping up with market trends including competitor activities and identifying new and emerging business growth opportunities * Responding to internal and generated leads within the working day of receipt * Effectively managing sales opportunities and pipeline within company guidelines * Creating leads for Desk & Field agents in accordance with specialist knowledge areas * Demonstrating professionalism at all times when representing the client to customers * Managing customer expectation in terms of delivery, installation and billing * Achieving 100% ?Right First Time? when issuing all products and services
Personal Specifications: It is essential for the individual to be able to demonstrate the following: * Customer Empathy/ Interest in a customer?s business * Ability to develop effective customer solutions * An effective communications style * Focus and drive to meet minimum targets consistently * Effective preparation and organisation * Persistence in not giving up * Being an effective member of the team * Openness to learn with good listening skills * Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
