A leading Financial Advisor are currently looking to increase their ever-expanding Sales team and are now looking for a new Business Development Executive for their Medway offices.
This business is known for offering their clients an unrivalled service and they are passionate about showing their clients that they really do care so are adamant that their Sales team must be dedicated, approachable and passionate about helping people.
This will be a telephone based role and will include front end sales and lead generation through outbound calling. This role sits within the Sales team and the Business Development Executive will be required to work to call targets and KPIs and will be expected to generate a high number of leads to pass onto the Sales Advisors for conversion.
The client is looking for someone who is confident, driven and engaging on the phone. The successful candidate must be able to listen to the customer to make sure they are offering exactly what the customer needs and must react to every call accordingly.
Previous outbound sales experience will be a huge advantage. Previous Pensions experience is not necessary as full training is given.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £15,000pa uncapped commission. All targets are very realistic and OTE in your first year will be £24-26,000. Company benefits include team days out, team activities and employee of the month/quarter incentives.
