With 3 years plus in a 2^nd/3^rd line role you will be very strong in Microsoft Products (eg Office 2003, Windows XP). Ideally you will have qualifications such as a CCNA or MCP / MCSE. Working as a 3^rd line engineer you will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be quick to pick up new skills. Any Citrix experience is a big plus.
