Salary: £13,000 Basic Bonus up to £800 per month Excellent Benefits
This is a superb opportunity to join a Market Leading Company within Insurance, PPI Claims. Personal Injury & Accident Claims & Debt Management.
They offer ongoing support and some of the the best Training in the business, starting with Strong Induction Course.
Demand for their business is increasing and so they are now looking for several Telephone Sales Advisors to join the team with a view to starting people within their Training Academy immediately.
You can develop your career whilst working in a fun and vibrant environment working Monday to Friday only with no evenings or weekends.
Working only from Warm Leads, the successful Candidates will be contacting potential customers through a dialler system to offer a variety products and services so you will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to build a rapport and the desire to work for a professional company.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Making outbound calls to customers through a dialler working from Warm Leads
•Taking customers through a series of questions to establish suitability
•Answering queries regarding the service provided
•Selling the service benefits and gaining customer commitment
Key Skills and Experiences:
•Must have previous Sales experience within Inbound or Outbound Telephone based role
•Must have a strong personality and be confident on the telephone
•Must be able to build a rapport with potential customers
•Must be able to close the customer and gain commitment
•Able to work to targets effectively
