My client is one of the world’s leading business intelligence, academic publishing, knowledge and events businesses, creating unique content and connectivity for customers all over the world. Joining this award winning group, this Campaign Marketer will be supporting a bespoke series of events on a 2 month contract.
Purpose of the role As Campaign Marketer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across a group of events to deliver on key marketing and business objectives. You will work alongside the production team and content marketing team to ensure the plans are integrated and delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
Campaign Marketer Experience and Skills required;
- Experience of a similar B2B events role is preferred, - B2B Marketing experience is ESSENTIAL! - You will be an excellent team player as well able to work on own initiative - Strong analytical skills as you will analyse data and campaign performance and recommend improvements. - Excellent time management and prioritisation skills - Strong copy-writing and interpersonal skills as both written and oral communication form an integral part of the role. - Great attention to detail - Able to work efficiently in a pressurised environment. - Strong stakeholder management skills
Campaign Marketer Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns with support from the Marketing Director in line with the event objectives - Generating registrations from VIP operators through LinkedIn research - Identify key target audiences, managing and segmenting data, identifying gaps, developing new data sources and implementing a data build plan - Coordinating the design and production of all marketing collateral relating to the event, including sales brochures, delegate brochures, print advertisements and web Banners/emails - Creation and updating of portfolio and event websites with proposition and latest information. - Work closely with the content marketing team to ensure campaign and content plans are integrated and timelines are adhered to. - Generating leads for the sponsorship, exhibition and delegate sales teams. - Working with key association and media partners to secure external promotions for events to broaden reach and exposure of events - Manage and monitor budgets, provide accurate recording of spend. - Continuous analysis and evaluation of marketing campaigns to improve performance, with weekly performance reporting to the business. - Conducting post event marketing analysis to identify most effective marketing channels and improve ROI of future campaigns. - Assist key event set-up tasks in various internal systems - Monitor schedules/deadlines during all phases of promotions
